I heard a lot of good things about Enviro Pro so I decided to book with them to deal with our ongoing Ant/bug problem. We had tried multiple home remedies with no luck so we were losing hope. Mark still exceeded our expectations as we haven’t encountered a single bug since he treated our place and it was actually a much easier process than we anticipated. I’d definitely use him again if we have any other issues in the future! Highly recommended

Mark is extremely professional and friendly. He explains the problems and how to mitigate pest control. We have been using this company for 5 years now. He is great with doing follow ups and making sure your problem has been taken care of. His rates are average and lower than his competition. I have Mark out to my place at least twice a year and have been a customer for at least a decade. I highly recommend! When I moved to Summerland, I was not completely aware of how much wildlife / insects I would have to deal with. He has helped with everything from a black widow infestation to a rat infestation. Having my house sprayed makes a HUGE difference in the amount of insects that get inside.

Mark, the business operator deserves a review. Full disclosure I did not use this business for this particular need.I spoke with Mark on the phone he was honest, educational and frank. Our particular need was at the height of an infestation in Kelowna due in part to the heat wave and smoke. Mark was unable to commit to responding to our residence the same day, however he did promise that he would make every effort if his day progressed as planned.Panicking we found another provider who was able to respond to our residence the same morning.Like a true gentleman to his word, Mark contacted us that afternoon to let us know he was able to come over. I felt terrible that I forgot to call him back to let him know that we had found other option. I was so impressed that he was more concerned that our needs were met, than which provider got the job.Owners/businesses like this are hidden gems, models and examples for the rest.

Mark is amazing! He is friendly and efficient. He takes the time to answer every question. We had some ant issues after the initial spray and Mark returned within 12 hours of being notified at no charge.Outstanding customer service and results! So happy to have found Mark.
