Automobile Paquin Ltée Ford

Brought my bike in because it got hit from behind. They sent the info to my insurance and insurance cut the check. Upon picking up my bike they tried to charge me more than what they told my insurance it would be. They also lost my plate and when I asked to speak to a manager they said he wasnt there. The worker encouraged me to call the shop they shipped my bike to to see if they had my plate. I then explained I did not drop my bike off with the other shop i dropped it off with them and they should be taking care of this. I was also missing a reflector on the bars they had just replaced. I now have no plate and the bike is also missing a reflector on the new bar they just replaced. I do not recomend bringing your vehicles here.
