Bottle Return Depot

Very quiet then got really busy. We went early as soon as they opened. Best te to go is when they opened because it was clean.

Google maps shows the entrance to the depot as a turn off of 24th ave but the entrance is a right turn on King George highway and two drives on right . Alway busy but well run. The People of White Rock and surrounding areas have discerning tastes for a good wine or spirits, but a little more experience is needed for a great Beer.

Constantly short-changed. They will give you money for 10 cans out of 100 and pocket the rest. Do not recommend

We are from out of town, the employees just took our bottles and didn’t direct us toward where to get our payment.

Friendly staff. Quick service.It would be nice to have clear designation for where Express service is dropped. Signage over the bins for plastic, cardboard, etc need to be more clear, and larger, so new patrons know where things go.

If I could give a zero I would. Having used the return express system, lately I have been consistently short changed on how many returns I have dropped off and how many they have credited me for. The first picture is 50 cans in a bag the second picture is 181. I roughly turn in a bag this size once per week. Two weeks ago they told me the full bag only had 53 cans. After voicing my concerns the next visit, she even indicated that I should write the number on the label to let them know. My latest refund indicates I only turned in 106 bottles. Again this is grossly under counted.I understand that certain containers are not returnable but I can guarantee you that almost all the containers in the bag are pop cans and water bottles. All legitimate return bottles. Of course the disclaimer says that their account stands and no questions asked. I guess is the price of convenience, but of course this is to be expected in scamcouver, Scamada. My advice, do not trust these people and count and return your own bottles or be prepared to be ripped off

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never been here before until today, and will never come back. I was greeted with disrespect and attitude from a worker today. I understand you close at 6, that’s fine there’s no need for being rude. The lady walked up to me and said they close in 10 minutes we didn’t hear her cause it was a little loud inside so we said could you repeat that, and then with attitude she said it again and said Go faster, and started telling me to hurry up. They barely had any blue containers to put the cans and bottles in, so I had to wait for some. Either you need to reconsider your staff or you need to teach them proper customer service skills. I CANNOT believe the way I have seen them treat people since being here…. Also you close at 6pm not 5:50pm. The place was filled with wasps. Unimpressed and will never come to this location again.

I went today I know for sure they cheated me out of at least $10 I take back bottles and cans regularly so by amount of volume I had I knew I should have got more money so I won’t be going back there hope. The other shops in the neighbourhood are more honest

Been going here for years, and love how convenient it is. Service is always good. I hope they expand their business even more. The express return is great, but be careful, sometimes the QR code gets cut off on the corner of the label and it can't be read.
