Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I used the car wash like many other times but now it leaves a lot of soap on the vehicle that you have to remove yourself, for the price you pay, you would expect something better, will go somewhere else now.

Very good place to fill gas. Usually gas price is lowest here. Convenient store is nice. Friendly staff.

All the employees should know how to use the me Hines and pumps they all make their own rules up as I always come in with a commercial vehicle for diesel and ask to unlock pump the guy always unlocks no problem, other locations also unlock as we have to fill our vehicles and don’t know annoyThis girl that is now behind counter refuses and says she can’t and there is no way that she can unlock.Poor customer service as I’m a regular and filling up a company vehicle like I’m going to stealNever at this station and telling all my co workers not to come here anymore and I know a lot that come hereOff to WC and 403

I would never recommend anyone to use the car wash at this site. Although they upgraded it it was a vain attempt at best. Half the car wash doesn't even have any brushes in it. I paid 16 bucks for their top wash and came home only to find the back of my car was still covered in dirt, you know the road dirt that gets on your car from wet roads and salt.The brush is never took any dirt off below the rear windshield. I had to grab a rag when I got home and go back out and wipe off the back of the car. Save your money go anywhere else but here. Don't try calling either because no one answers the phone. As far as fueling up it's fine but other than that I wouldn't waste your time.

Please fix your car wash water jet that is suppose to clean vehicle undercarriage. We observed low pressue hence water is not reaching the car.

Rude staff especially evening shift Kumar and sabyo. As petro Canada suffered a attack my app was not working. As per a few news articles I realised that as car wash is not working via app I can go inside the store and will get a coupon based on my Petro Canada Card number. I unfortunately lost my card and had a picture of it. I never used the card as I was using app. When I went and asked these two cashiers they said we can't provide. I asked why and standard response ask Customer care. Then when I said everyone else is giving it. I washed last week in Sudbury as I was on a trip. Response : You can get it done in Sudbury then.Pathetic: who hire these insensitive customer service front desk employees

Avoid the car wash. Leaves soap and water everywhere. Manager tried to convince it’s due to the roof racks, but in my 2yrs owning the car and using several car washes, including Petro & Esso, this is the 1st time I’ve seen this before.Won’t be returning.

The location is more convenient to approach from both Battleford road and Erin mills park way. It has car wash and a general store. The gas price is always looks high while compared to others.

I got a car wash yesterday morning at your Erin Mills and Battleford location and when I came out there were visible spots on the drivers side of the vehicle by the drivers door and passenger door and my front number plate was bent and the frame was broken from the automatic brushes at the wash. I showed it to the attendant and the manager on duty and the response was that its not a big deal and happens to their cars as well. I drive a 2023 Infinity QX-80 and was advised to take the vehicle to commercial wash instead. The manager kept insisting that it was not a big deal instead of addressing the issue which made me extremely disappointed. Both attendants there were insinuating that it was my fault to put the car through the wash there. Is this what your service level has come down to? their car wash keeps getting worse over time and they dont want to do anything about it.

This location seems to be reasonably well run. I’ve used this location’s carwash with my season pass for quite some time. My only suggestion would be to get better dryers as there is still an unreasonable amount of water drops at the end of the wash which is not the case when using carwashes in the US.
