The new on line experience is different for me as I was so used to going into the store and chatting. That said, the response time is excellent. Delivery right to the door. Outstanding experience!

I went with 2 of my grandchildren and the lady let us go as a family because I needed help walking and getting around. She was so helpful patient and friendly with such a wealth of knowledge in all merchandise in the store. My grandchildren were really happy with “their treasures “. I will definitely go back and also refer the store to family and friends.

I couldn't make it across the country this year so I ordered tarot cards and basic altar kit for my nieces birthday, not expecting it to arrive on time. They didn't have the cards I ordered but called immediately to help me pick out another deck, wrapped everything nicely, removed the price tags without asking and delivered it in less than 24hrs, on a holiday.Every birthday I get my niece a unique gift I know she'll love and will annoy my family. She loved it and my family is uncomfortable, goal achieved.Really amazing people work here.

Friendly owner who remembers customers by name. They sell books, incense, stones and other items like tarot decks. Very tidy shop and nicely laid out.

Horrible place.This place is extremely overpriced for crystals and it's insane, due to recent events crystals have went up in price because of inflation but not THIRTY DOLLARS for a small piece of raw Tiger's eye.Not only that but they sell multiple pieces from other peoples religions and sell off of them, white sage is a very sacred piece to Indigenous people and because of witchcraft getting so popular it has been turning into a endangered and over-harvested plant and not to mention IT'S A CLOSED PRACTICE and not only that but it's extremely disrespected in the store because of the 7 Chakra White Sage Smudge Sticks" which using chakra in itself is already a problem.In general

Amazing store and even better service! Super freaking awesome customer service. Called with a slight adjustment to my order, offered two different choices, I picked the one that was a bit different. When it arrived, I didn't end up liking it as much as the original (very different size), and messaged them. Within 10 minutes they were back on their way to exchange it! And I received the order hours after I placed it! The rest of the order was well packed. Love supporting local!
