They are absolutely amazing group of people that generally care! Very hard to find in the Insurance industry! Mike Francis and his team have taken care of all my insurance needs for almost 15 years! They're always a quick phone call or email away, no wait times, no auto attendant. Exceptional, kind and patient people that make me feel like a person, not a number. They've never taken the sales approach with me, they've always taken the time to explain my policies and have always been honest, even when its not in their best interest! Ethan has been incredible to deal with this week.
