Had my dog done by Kimberly, who also operates in this space. Excellent service, took into consideration my dogs needs. The picture says how much my dog enjoyed it.

First two cuts were ok although 2nd cut hind legs were not evenly cut - one side was 1 inch higher than the other side … 3rd cut we were not impressed - we booked an appointment for 9:30am 6 weeks in advance and she was there for 3 3/4 hours whereas a cut should be no longer than 2 hours as was the case in the first two cuts - Jenn said this can happen in the spring when they get busy - WHY BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ???No reason why our dog needs to stay in their kennel for that long - No apology !!!!

Took my 6th month old Yorkie in for her first ever grooming today and she did an incredible job!!! She is a hyper little puppy still training for basic manners and has been a bit growly and territorial the past week since her 14 year old pitbull sister died so I was worried about how she would behave in a new setting full of new animals. Not only did she do an incredible job making my baby girl look amazing but she took an adorable picture of her and said she was a good sweet girl for her. Definitely our permanent groomer and let's be honest Yorkies require it alot lol

Grooming by Jennifer Hayes USED to be amazing, unfortunately it no longer is!!! I have been taking my Jake to Jennifer for I believe 5 years, referred people to her because of her amazing work and attention to detail. In the beginning after Jake's grooming he would come out looking like a show dog, beautiful fluffy, soft just perfect! But as the years went on the perfection was lacking, Jake no longer looking like a show dog but a groomed dog, which was ok however. Recently in the passed year and a half the service has really gone downhill. Grooming by Jennifer Hayes' business grew and the service went down. It now takes over 3 hours to have my dog groomed, sitting in a kennel for the majority of the time. His hair is no longer cut evenly, Jake used to be fluffy and soft and thats when you knew the groomers have dried the dog properly. Now Jake is no longer soft nor does it appear that he was even blown out. Appears my Jake sat in a kennel to dry off and that means he would have sat there for hours wet... Accidents happen but when you cut my dog and his paw is covered in blood some empathy would go along way! If you didn't have empathy for me I can only imagine how you were with Jake. Again this business used to be good, Jennifer shows pictures of her grooming show dogs so you know when your dog is groomed by her they should come out looking beautiful and perfect. Just seems she no longer cares and thats a bit scary when she has your baby in her hands.. again these things have been going on for over a year but what has made me write this review is that I booked an appointment 6 weeks in advance to have Jake groomed and it took over 3.5 hours. At the 3 hour mark my husband took time off work to be able to pick Jake up, only to find out that Jennifer was still cutting Jake's hair due to taking in walk-ins. My husband waited until Jake was done and asked Jennifer why walk-ins were taken when we had an appointment booked in advance. Jennifer again stating that she took a walk-in and thats why she was behind. Jennifer then getting upset stating that she hasn't even had a break yet today. She then tells my husband that he was rude and she will not book Jake in again.. I am not sure about you but when I book an appointment the expectation is that you get in at the booked time. I find it so rude that Jennifer would take a walk-in and ignore a booked appointment... this is sad! another business that used to provide great service but got too big and now not providing really even good service.

Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet to my kitty and was able to get her in before most of the dogs came for their appointments. Even making sure her own puppies were put in the back to make my cat more comfortable. Also this was absolutely the best hair cut my little lady has had.

George is so happy with his lion cut. Had lots of stories to tell us on the way home...lol. Thank you , you always do a wonderful job!

The best cut we have see on our Standard Poodle in many years. I recommend this business highly.
