Amazing store it’s crazy how I heard a customer complaining today about something that is literally store policy the lady at the front was extremely calm with the customer the customer was very rude to her but she still kept a smile on her face and helped me out amazing store sucks they had to deal with that guy before me will recommend to my friends

Went in there today at 6:50pm steve and the indian guy. Cant remember what his name. Very rude. Poor customer service. Refuse to help us when the stove was on the second shelf. They told us we have to take off the paper. How? On the second shef. However they did not help us so we will be taking it to the head office. I record them. They just did not know.

Honestly - I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I got asked to come in not once, not twice, but three times for a broken fridge that I purchased from here that was delviered broken to get a replacement. On the third visit, I was told to wait upto an hour before someone can help me.I honestly just gave up and left. I'd rather just go retail going forward. Henry was really nice but just too busy to help out this time around. The other people here are extremely rude really and treat you as if they're giving you free goods. They show no respect - and are in a help yourself

I've went to this place Saturday to check out some appliances. We had saw a stainless steel fridge that had a few nicks and was displayed on sale from $2300 to $1060. We had decided to purchased it. Went to cash out and suddenly it was now over $3000.00 . We mentioned the price the fridge was listed for. Miraculously the sale sticker was missing and removed from the item above the fridge and the cashier pretend as good actors of no knowledge to this. They are a dishonest bunch of workers. If you can wait and purchased elsewhere do it. They are not honest in that place

Very good experience purchasing a washer. $700 regular got it for $400 because it had a big dent. You literally can't even see it. Amazing!! The gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful. Hopefully delivery next week goes well.

I went here to pick up a KitchenAid Gas Stove and believe me when I say, the Warehouse Staff that Was Supposed to help us with our Pickup... Performed the most minimalist assistance one can give to a Customer.The man blatantly told me off by exclaiming that it wasn't His responsibility to help load the appliance into my Rented U-HAUL Van, and when I asked for the Manager/ Supervisor, he smirked and said it's a Sunday, no one is working Today!How is it that Best Buy" a reputable company has such limited employment in their facilities that they can't hire extra help on the Weekends

Great discounts but the return and exchange policy sucks. On products like fridge, stove, dishwasher, the only way to tell that ot walorks good is by trying it. While they provide a warranty, they have a no return policy which is ridiculous. But all in all, products are great for the price

When shipping is not offered you need to do your own pick up and doing it here is not fun. This time there was only one person who was already being served and it still took over 30 minutes to go through the many papers involved in their process, locate my item, make me move my car there and then over there because of this and that, to he called back inside again for more copies of paperwork. Eventually the box was left on yet another dock and I was reminded that it's my responsibility to bring help so I can load it into my car. For God's sake, it's bulky and if you let me park at the loading dock and have me a hand for 15 seconds, we could have put it in my trunk. Unless you live in the area and have a helper with you, and you both have tons of time, I'd not recommend picking up. Hope they offer more items via shipping, as they used to do before.
