After another contractor could not fulfill their commitment I was connected to Kia of Platinum Renovations & Contracting. From our first meeting all through the process of upgrading my fireplace surround Kia was professional, courteous and listened to what my needs were to make this project work. We hired Kia and the Platinum Renovations team to install a new natural gas fireplace in our living room. Initially we didn't know exactly what we wanted, but we had some ideas. Kia brought out concept to fruition in a way that was even better than expected.The entire team, including subcontractors, was professional, courteous, skilled, and timely. Kia kept us updated vis-à-vis supply delays, which couldn't be avoided during COVID, and consistently delivered on time and on budget. I would recommend Platinum Renovations to anyone.

We recently renovated our house with Platinum Renovations and Contracting, and we are more than happy that we worked with them. Mike did a very good job with the management. He is very responsible, responsive and professional in a friendly manner. We changed and added some parts to the job during the work and he managed all of them and listened to our preferences patiently.Also, all trades were very professional and work was done perfectly with no complaints about anything.The scope included renewing the whole roof, fascia, and gutters, putting high efficiency furnace, full basement renovation, renewing all railings, removing the popcorn ceiling, removing the wood-burning fireplace and finishing our garage.Working with them was a pleasure the entire time and we will definitely hire them again for future work. I had planned on starting a renovation for a while, did research on 3 different companies as well. I found Platinum was very reasonable with their pricing and their great customer service and reviews. They were very professional, listened to my needs, went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Made renovation a very good & enjoyable experience for me. They were fun to work with. Being that I was responsible for my own finishing fixtures, I was unsure where to start. They made it very easy from the initial starting point of my project; putting me in contact with their suppliers, aiding me through the entire process from start to finish making what is normally a stressful process (so I have heard!) fun and easy! They took all of my requests into consideration and also provided their expertise when necessary which has resulted in a beautiful end product which I am extremely happy with! I have had numerous neighbors within the building provide many compliments on the beautiful bathrooms and the unique fixtures recommended by Platinum.
