Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrbile customer service. Booked at this location, I arrived to pick up my rental. Staff told me that they are out of the vehicle/similar of what I booked. Their next option available was double the price. They didn't bother calling or contacting me. I listed both email and phone number.

My first experience of having my car rental's window smashed during a stay in Milwaukee at a hotel which had valet parking. I was notify Sunday morning of the incident. I called Enterprise they sent out a new rental to my location and tow the broken one away within less than two hour of wait..no hassle, no waiting for long periods on the phone and no transferring my call around. Upon returning the rental, Tate answer all my questions and concerns and gave me his business card in case I have any other questions. Great experience every time with Enterprise, especially at this location, everyone at this licaton is super nice, friendly and professional. I would recommend this location to family and friends. This is the only place I get my car rental from.

I have used them twice. Renting a car is expensive, but they do a good job of meeting your car size needs and service needs. I called and got same day service with no problem.

Spoke with the branch manager this morning regarding vehicle availability, size and time sensitivity. I explicitly stated that I needed a vehicle ready by 9a and o need a standard SUV. I arrived and they told me it would not be ready for another ten or so minutes. When I asked what the vehicle was, they said it was a mini SUV, a small Mazda with no trunk space— not what we discussed. I was then told that they did have the vehicle class I requested, but off site. The issue is, that when we spoke before him encouraging me to “come on down,” I made it clear that I would gladly book at another location if they didn’t have a vehicle ready or large enough to accommodate. This was terribly inconvenient and poorly communicated. Use a different branch.

Highly recommend this location!Adam, the Branch Manager, and his entire staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.I ran into an issue where my rental car needed to be re-keyed due to them being stolen.Enterprise had someone out within the day to re-key the vehicle.All-in-all, I am more than satisfied with the services they provided. I will definitely be renting from them in the future.

They offered me 2 cars. I didn't clearly hear one of them so I ended up in the same exact car that was rear ended on me the other day. When I realized what the car was I asked for the renegade instead. I mentioned it several times but wasn't listened to. Maybe they have a deaf ear like I do or it was too much paperwork. Either way it is very uncomfortable to be in my same car right now. The reservation guy on the phone was very helpful and the people at the office seemed okay. Did the rest of the paperwork outside in the heat reviewing insurance and signing agreements.

I promise I didn’t steal the car! The kindness they have if you keep the car an extra day is wonderful service! They make communication easy! So accommodating thank you!

I love the attitudes of the customer service. They are the best

Don't do business or rent here. They screw me over and my insurance already paid the 80% for the rental car and they overcharged me about $485 on my debit card. I called and talk to the manager at this place and he told me that he'll refund and send my an invoice. I checked my email and haven't seen anything. They're cheating and taking money from their customers without their knowledge if you're unaware of the situation that you're in. I'm already going to report on BBB for their unethical practice. They did to me, who knows how many people they got away with this?
