if I could give them no stars I would!! I placed an order with a clothing store on May 28th, I received notification it was shipped on May 30th, on June 7th I received a notification that it was out for delivery however it was not received. Every day I would check the status online and every day it would say out for delivery and no I didn't receive my package. June 12th it changed and said attempted delivery" "unable t deliver no access" I was home all day and I also received packages from Amazon that day

After accidentally ordering a package to my old address, I emailed TForce to see if I could change the delivery address to my current home. Within 10 minutes I received an email confirming that the delivery address had been changed, with proof that the address was now correct in their system. (After being completely IGNORED by DHL after sending the same inquiry). I just got home now and found the package delivered directly to my unit door inside my condo building. I would also like to note that 1 of the 2 elevators in my building is currently out of service and the wait times for the remaining elevator are very high - meaning this delivery driver took the time to wait for the elevator to get to the 8th floor to deliver my package right to my door instead of leaving it in the lobby. Thank you!! I was so nervous that my very expensive package was going to be delivered to the wrong address but you guys completely took care of it and have made my day!!

How is this company in business? Retailers should really let the consumer know they are using this awful package delivery company.I have had two packages this week from lululemon and Walmart both lost by t force. You call them and they just say it’s in transit. I feel bad for their customer service reps I really do. It’s truly despicable.Been online shopping for years and never had any issues with fedex, purolator, ups, etc. Heck this company makes Canada Post look like rock stars.Really hoping retail companies stop using this company but I’m guessing they charge 15 cents per delivery and hence the level of service they are providing.Also curious to know what driver started route means. Seems like a driver starts a route every other day but can’t get a package from Brampton to Toronto

Terrible and lazy. Wish I could give them lower then 1 star. Disgraceful customer service. Hard to believe they are even a business. Still waiting on my package 2 days after it was supposed to deliver. They claim it was due to no access" to the building despite it being very simple to gain access to the building. Wasnt notified whatsoever of their arrival either. Terrible

Tracking number 00000644411211162094So saying the service being same day/next day delivery is a joke. My package from Adidas shipped 3 days ago, and currently still being stuck at received at sort facility. Tried to contact customer service both via email and phone and was told there’s nothing they can do. My friends’ packages that were shipped in the same day has already been delivered, while mine is not even at a delivery facility. I wonder if someone is not doing their job properly. And none of the support persons could give me a time frame. Just praying right now my package isn’t lost. To the person monitoring google reviews, please do something about it.

My package was suppose to arrive on Friday but they didn’t deliver because of inclement weather. The weather on Friday was mild and actually quite nice out.Today they attempted delivery but could “not access”. I was home all day and not one vehicle came into my drive way. They claimed that I had a “buzz code or door code”I spent over 2 hours on the phone with them to try and PICK UP THE PACKAGE FROM THEM. The supervisor said they had to check to see if I could and to call back. After calling back a bunch of times over the the course of 3 hours, they said “ we actually don’t let people pick upSince Covid 19.” They essentially wasted my time now they are going to “try” to deliver my package tomorrow, but we all know they won’t.I would go postal on this logistics company if I could

Looks like it’s a norm for this company to mark orders as “delivered” without attempting to make a delivery. My tracking number 31521547492500100032 says the package was “left at front door” at 5:08 pm yesterday. I was home at that time and there was nothing left at the apartment door as well as no deliveries left with the concierge downstairs. Have absolutely no clue where the $100+ order is now. What a frustrating experience.

Order number 00000644411212785933Ordered from adidas and package was supposed to be here July 5th and I can’t get any answers when I call and it like talking to robots that just repeat the same thing and have no answers to any questions. I think my package is “missing” but they won’t tell me what the next steps are. It looks like I should be getting another nuclear robotic response to this review.

I would not even give this company 1 star given my horrible experience with them.They made false claims of how many times they attempted to deliver my order, when my apartment building has security footage of them never being there the dates they claimed to deliver. The courier who called my once was aggressive and disrespectful because I was not home. I emailed them to ensure a successful delivery for them to ignore my emails, when I followed up three times. I had to go out of my way to call them just to be told “oh sorry, we sent it back to the sender 5 minutes ago”.I have never been so frustrated with a delivery/courier company in my entire life. Even Amazon does it better, and that is saying something.
