If anyone opened up a new line, and paid 5 seconds to customer service they would already light years ahead of Eastlink service. These people will hang up on you. They offer no help.

1gig internet is a scam, it’s only 1 gig if your weird direct and then it’s still only 750-900. Anywhere from 200- 700 wifi Super laggy, always up and down with the service. Terrible customer service and little to no tech support.

Yarmouth shop yesterday...had numerous questions on present package, out of country costs, etc)... two gentlemen (Allan, Logan) were excellent. Great customer service.charges, cost comparisons, coverage availability/costs while on European travel, etc.)

Trying for months to get service. Either they can't find our home or constantly calling to confirm appointment then fail to show or call later to say they had to reschedule. Never mind the customer waiting continuously from 8 to 5 each time. Obviously customer service is not part of their service priorities.

Absolutely worst wireless service I have ever used. Been with them for one month. They managed to over charge me on minutes in the first month and after they agreed they overcharged me I asked weather the minutes(over a half hour) that I used to sort out their problem were going to be charged against my minutes and they said yes. Not to mention half the time I try and make a call I have zero service and can't send text messages. You get what you pay for with eastlink
