One of my favourite off leash parks. Nice to be able to access the river for a little wade for my dog. Always seems reasonably clean too, unlike Terwilliger.

Long beautiful canopies of trees (our kids enjoy the canopies as they sway and makes those rustling sound that gives you good vibes) very relaxing, makes the breeze cooler and a very nice place to walk even with your pets ( they even have places for your pets to walk without leash), good bike trails too.

Down by the river. Lots of trails in numerous directions. Plenty of parking. A big open field for off leash dogs.

Buena Vista Park
I recently rediscovered Buena Vista after 10 years of living elsewhere, and stumbled upon multiple trails winding in and out of the bushes that I never knew existed! My pack loves going off-road so that was a nice change of pace from the larger paved" circle path. The only negative about this park is I find that some of the regular cliques that huddle around the benches tend to be a bit on the arrogant side and act as though you're walking in their backyard. I have 3 pitbull mixes and we've been made to feel somewhat unwelcom the last 4 times we visited. Aside from a handful of humans

Gorgeous park. Lots of dogs. Great trails. Some bikes go through, which enrage my dog, but there's pedestrian only trails too, which he loves.
