Steve is my realtor and he was and is amazing. He was honest, brilliant, always there for us and let me tell you, that was no easy task as I am very demanding. He put up with my waffling for two years before we got serious.He is 100% there for his clients. I found him by accident but I'm so happy I trusted him with such a huge step.When I sell and buy again it will be with Steve. I can't wait (it was also fun!!).

We turned to Steve to assist us in finding a safe, good quality home in a short time frame in a city we weren’t completely familiar with. He was very professional and kept us informed of any appropriate listings, took us to numerous showings and assisted us in putting in an accepted offer within a week. He was full of information to assist with the purchase and we were very satisfied with his quick response time, his level of knowledge and his ability to get things done. Thanks Steve for all your assistance. You made the whole process much easier to get through.

Steve came by my Mothers place while we were having a garage sale. Mom has some mild dementia going on and I indicated as such. When he asked if we were going to sell, I indicate yes, but that we would not be listing the place but doing it ourselves, however if he brought me a buyer I would make it worth his while.We agreed on some next steps which included him giving me an estimate for the place via text, and him doing some research on the place and a price. He volunteered these services as I was explicitly clear we would not be listing with a realtor and what the next steps in our communication would be with me.While I was out, Steve came back to the place a day or two later and tried to convince my mother to list with him while I was not present. He was hard selling" her on listing with him. My Mother is an 84 year old woman.Steve neither kept his word on what he WOULD do (I still have not had a text from him or phone call regarding the agreed to next actions) and he has broken any kind of trust that a good realtor or any sales executive should endeavor to foster with a client. He adds no value and is at best

I just read your comment Bonnie Derry of Infotel, and you seemed quite vindictive. We have had many dealings with Steve and he has always come through for us. Many others I know have used him and never had a problem. If we have always had great experiences with him it makes me wonder where the problem lies. Appears he sold your place so what's the problem. You are a business person so why are you slamming him publicly? I feel sorry for you. Steve is an excellent realtor and I would definitely recommend him.

Steve is an amazing realtor and all around a great guy! He responded quickly to our texts/calls helping us act fast in such a demanding market. Highly recommend Steve if your looking to buy or sell property.
