Main Event Tent Rental

We used Main Event Tents for our wedding this summer 2022. The company is great to work with. They have lots of options for all different needs. We used tent, lights, tables and chairs. At the last minute we added in a speaking podium and they accommodated that quickly and efficiently. We asked for a special sturdy chair for grandma and they did that too.The absolute stars of the show are “the tent guys” the guys who come to the property to set it up and take it down are awesome. Kyle gave us great input and advice on placement and orientation. It made the whole event 10x better to do things the way he suggested since it maximized our space and utilized the flattest land. All the guys are a pleasure to work with, they set it up in the beating hot sun and never complained once, instead they were cheerful and friendly. Takedown was quick and efficient. We lost an earring someone in the property and they combed through the dance floor as they took it apart to check for it. They didn’t have to do it but they truly care about their customers. It’s not everyday you have the pleasure of working with people like the tent guys but we are so grateful we had them make our day so perfect!

Karie was absolutely wonderful and great to coordinate with. She was able to answer questions quickly. I was also able to pick up some of my rentals a day early. My reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the delivery was late by a few hours, after rescheduling to meet their new delivery time, and then the pick up was one day late. Also the charger plates we received at first were in very poor condition, but then Karie exchanged them for better ones.

We used Main Event for our wedding.Karie and Wes were extremely helpful and flexible with us throughout the entire process.The value was great and we really appreciated how professional they were.We would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were amazing. Flexible with timing, personable, and attentive. I think the only thing I'd like to see is faster e-mail responses. Also, the set up guys were friendly and even set things up for us in the rain. I felt for them. Thanks for making our outdoor wedding so easy to figure out! 10/10 would rent again!

We booked a tent for our end of December wedding months in advance. The delivery window was 9am - 12pm the day before the wedding. At a few minutes past 9am Wes called to say that it was too cold for him to set up the tent (it was minus 20-25). We were shocked and devastated. There was no mention of a minimum temperature at the time of booking. Over the next hour we had 3 separate calls, we agreed to take responsibility if the tent was damaged but Wes still wouldn't agree to set up the tent. In my opinion, either the tents are inferior quality (other tent rental places we contacted later had no concern about cold weather) or it was just too cold for him personally. The deposit refund was supposed to be processed the next day but took about 2 weeks and multiple email reminders. Luckily we found another company who agreed to a last minute set up of a tent the day of the wedding (since they had to come out from Toronto it was twice the price and they didn't finish until 2 hours before the wedding so the decor was hastily arranged and I only had 1 hour to get ready). Bottom line: Do not book with Main Event Tent Rentals in the winter.

Would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the attitude of the guys setting up the tent. They made everything feel like a hassle, and when they came to take it away I asked if everyone was alright and was completely ignored. Would definitely recommend finding a different tent rental.

Working with Main Event Tents was great. We appreciated the wide selection of rental items. They were very accommodating to change items leading up to the wedding. The set up was on time and we were happy with the quality.

Karie was extremely helpful with answering all of my many questions throughout the booking process and leading up to my big day. Wes and his team were all extremely pleasant and kind. They had the tent up efficiently and and the take down was a smooth process.

I used Main event for my wedding this summer and I was so impressed with their response time, willingness to help and make changes when I was looking for pricing on additional things like a dance floor and backdrop. My wedding was changed last minute due to Covid and I was able to make my wedding dreams still comes true in less than a month thanks to Main Event Tent Rentals. Also, their staff who came to set up the tent and dance floor were absolutely great to deal with. They were on time for both drop off and pick up of the tent and additional items. I highly recommend Main Event! They also were honest with me in regards to over booking and not having the tent size i required and they assured me they had. So with that they offered me a slightly larger tent for the same cost and it was actually the perfect size! Thank you for making my wedding a reality during a very stressful, unexpected time in the world.

would not reccomend this place to anyone looking to get there stuff on time, organized a wedding and the chairs and tables didnt arrive until 11pm after being told they would be there between 1 and 5 the day BEFORE the wedding add alot of extra stress they weren't helpful or sympathetic to causing this issue at all, the linens arrived stained an dirty after being promised they would be cleaned. all around not a good experience wouldn't reccomend.
