I would highly recommend Sealtec. Dealing with Geoff was awesome! Geoff and his team provided me a quote quickly and for far less than my projected costs for this project. I had well over 6000 feet of crack sealing completed by Geoff and his team as well as a complete sealcoat of the area. The work was completed quickly and professionally, now my tarmac looks brand new! I will strictly be using Sealtec for any and all projects I have moving forward. Thank you again Geoff!Chris

Got hired on to drive for them last year. Recieved about 10mins of training..... And then I get called out steady when I make mistakes even though I repeated the fact I had zero training... Terrible, terrible management... The crew lead was an absolute douche... Office staff about as useless as supervisor... Top 3 worst companies I have had the misfortune of working for.... I never even got paid for the day I worked... Total joke.

I had Sealtec do my driveway in 2016. After the winter there were a few spots that had lifted. I called Sealtec to see if they would redo those portions (a small percentage of the overall job). They came out June 23rd/17 and resealed the whole driveway (over 2000 sq. ft). They were great to deal with and I would recommend their services.

Had one of their trucks driving behind me today on my way home. Was tailgating me all the way. I was very annoyed but super happy when they finally turned into a different road. . . . Maybe slow down and keep your distance. If you're late then maybe plan ahead!

Health and safety is the last concern for this company. I worked the 2013 season with them and witnessed work place harassment and bullying everyday. One co-worker while working out of town was pushed by one of the supervisors in to the hotel pool fully clothed and with his smart phone and other devices in his pockets and the supervisor did not replace any thing he damaged. This company also under pays workers if they are not brought in by a friend or if they do not know the owners. Top pay as labourers is $15/h if you are lucky to know the owner or supervisor other wise you get $12-$13. Very insulting to workers that do not know them. Dangerous job high risk to being hit by a vehicle of all sizes. After the work season you make about $13000 to $14000 and if you are lucky you reach the requirements for EI with enough hours if not you are then unemployed for the winter and need to look for another job for the time being. This is not a liveable job and there is no work if there is any rain coverage on the roads and if the temperature gets to low. Very limited work with a horrible crew and supervisor and greedy owners. They pay such a cheap ass wage most of the employee's are questionable characters and this is done so the owners can funnel all the money to their pockets and buy yachts, atv's multiple house's in north vancouver, cabins to camp at and they go on vacations multiple times per year out of country. If you are young under 25 years old be prepared to be abused verbally all day long.

Work for Seal.Tec in 2017 season. Yes it was a long stint but work is work. About the crews as for the ones I was on they were great group of guys. The ones that were problems we and we I mean crew handled and dealt with it as a crew. IF the the office had have involvement it was swift.. And yes I have already returned to full time employment with Seal-Tec at the start of 2017 year

Maybe your driver's of your trucks should take 2 seconds out of their day and wait in traffic rather then almost clipping a motorcycle ahead of him in traffic. Could have taken someone's life with your business logo on the side of your truck!

top shelf service and a great crew. i had three quotes done and sealtech were the highest but the price difference was too low from the other 2 so i decided to go with my gut and go with the higher price. and still 2 years later our lot looks like a million buckks and the complex down the road that went with the cheap guy ,well lets just say it looks like it washed away. .i had sealtec come in and make our 200 unit complex look like new again they patched all the potholes ,filled all the crackks with a rubber material then they applied 2 very thick coats of sealer and did their job professionally and were very respectful of all our residents having the project compleated on time .a very neat clean job i would highly recomend sealtec and i am happy i chose them .

I worked with SealTec........the company and myself did very well to each other. great pay on my skills as OFA.level 3 and TCP. its been few years i been back. But going give them call to return. As its not about the guys or work. best part of company lots travel for site seeing.
