Wendy and Arthur are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and kind people. We ended up not repairing our fridge on their advice, but I'm extremely grateful for their help and time.

Wendy at Sidney Appliance Center is hands down one of the most pleasant people I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with in customer service. Her first reaction upon me describing my issue was to assure me that she would look into some specifics and get back to me, instead of scheduling a general call-out at cost. She was very honest with her findings, and while warranty circumstances didn't allow me to contract their services on this occasion (so I can't speak to their technicians, though if Wendy is any example I'm sure they're top-notch), they will be my first call for any future appliance issues.
