I highly recommend using Clean Air Force to clean your HVAC ducts. They were recommended to us by Island Energy (the company that installed our HVAC system).From the moment that I contacted Neil, I knew we had made the right choice. Neil was quick to respond to my email, he asked questions to clarify the scope of the work and we quickly agreed upon a date for the service. He called with a reminder a couple of days before and arrived promptly on the day of our appointment. Duct cleaning takes a while, and so Neil was at our house for 5 hours. He was patient and thorough and answered all of our questions – explaining what he was doing and why. He was neat and tidy with his equipment and cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. He even vacuumed behind our dryer. As soon as Neil left, we switched on the air conditioning and the air in our home has never been better. His follow up with notes on the invoice and a text of the unit in our crawl space with directions on changing the filter went above and beyond. Excellent service! We will definitely be booking another service with Clean Air Force in the recommended 2-3 years.

We (strata) hired them (at the time known as Clairity) to clean all of our strata properties' dryer vents. Following the clean, I noticed that my dryer vent hose was no longer attached to the outside, and blowing hot air into my condo. I called and related the problem to Stephanie in which she stated there was a teenager that did my dryer vent cleaning. I asked how it can be resolved, and she had no solution ... hence my post. To this day, I still 'air' dry instead of using my dryer.UPDATE 03/10/23: I am very happy to report that Stephanie has rectified this issue by reimbursing me for the expense of getting my dryer in working condition once again. Much appreciated!

We hired clean Air Force to clean our dryer vents. I am very happy with the service.- booking the service was very easy! Over email, Stephanie gave us multiple booking options and answered all of my questions- Neil texted before arrival, arrived on time, wore a mask, and was extremely courteous- Neil gave us a lot of information about our dryer vents and the service he performed- very good value for money.We will be rebooking with the team in two years time for scheduled maintenance. Right from the first phone call to Clean Air Force when I connected with Stephanie I knew the experience was going to be good. I was wrong - Stephanie was amazing, helpful, honest to a point and I felt I was talking to an long time friend. We set up a Drier Vent Clreaning. On the day of the cleaning I received a text from Neil saying he would be at our place shortly. He was on time, explained the procedure to a tee, worked quickly, efficiently and left no mess. We were going to be doing heating duct cleaning as well but after sending pictures to Stephanie we discussed the very small work area available and and she explained the Neil would not be able to do the job up to his standards and so we have put it on hold for now.Thank you Stephanie for your assistance, amazing conversations and friendly demeanour.
