I recently purchased a plate carrier from the folks at black bear gear.Firstly I would like to commend them for stocking high quality equipment. The quality and comfort of my WAS PC is leaps and bounds beyond what my Spiritus was. My order was out the door and arrived promptly, and they even followed up a couple weeks later to thank me for supporting their company. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I usually rarely write reviews but in this case I felt it was absolutely necessary, as the help and support I received from Josh over at Black Bear Gear was above and beyond. As someone who has worked in sales and customer service I can't help but admire how great my experience was purchasing from this company. All my concerns and questions via email were thoroughly and immediately (like within minutes!) answered. As one of the only canadian sellers and possibly the only authorized seller for warrior assault systems I am happy to have purchased from him. He was even able to accommodate my request for an out of stock item and it was shipped out surprisingly fast. The gear is top notch and I will definitely be looking to pick up some more cool stuff. Great products and amazing staff!I wanted to give a shout out to Black Bear Gear and their staff. I recently purchased a retractable handcuff key holder and was very pleased with the service provided. One of the sales reps Josh assisted me when I had technical issues at the check out and after chatting with him he informed me that there was a sale going on and assisted me in selecting the product that best suited my needs. Purchased my first plate carrier from black bear. Something went wrong with the order and the product from the actual supplier. Black Bear Gear was quick to apologize and sort out the issue! Very much appreciated, great sturdy gear! And great customer service! Would recommend!
