They supply an abyss of selections and have knowledgeable staff to assist with your purchase. On a few occasions, I only needed a handful of screws and bolts and I would have staff escort me around showing me the selections and providing me with an array of solutions.. Above anything else, honesty! If they believe they can't provide you the best deal, they will point you in the direction to get you the best deal.
