Very well established reputable company that excels in home community care. Best Centered Care truly goes by its name with its wonderful staff working within the company.

This agency is the worst agency. They send staff to work without a contract, zero training, no schedule 4 hours before your shift, last minute cancellation without even calling and you end up to client house without knowing it’s cancelled. The owner steal your hours/ clients in your schedule. HORRIBLE!!!! They don’t call clients no assigned PSW. The husband of the owner work as a PSW with just open sandal no socks, wears no scrubs, very unprofessional. Clients can’t reach them in Tempe office, no answering calls esp on the weekends as there no office staff. STAY AWAY.

Run from this company . They do not care about their workers .If you complain about work hours or condition of work .They cut off your hours. I say run..I repeat again run from this company !!!
