This place is really good, they pay attention to small detail.The only thing is that it takes very long time.Even if you have an appointment they usually start your appointment late.For a gel refil I arrived on time and only left 1hour and 30 minutes later.

I’m converted! Did a pedicure for the first time at this salon before going on vacation - best shellac application I’ve ever had in the fastest time! A week later and it looks as new as the first day. Highly recommend.

A friend made an appointment there on a Saturday afternoon for us to get manicures for my birthday. When we arrived (on time for our appointment) the salon was full and they had us sit in the pedicure chairs to get our nails done. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The least I expected was to be accommodated, seeing as we weren’t walk ins & had made the appointments way in advance. Eventually, we were transferred over to the manicure desks. However, the salon had run out of top coat and, without asking us or warning us, used gel top coat on top of our regular nail polish. My friend asked if this would pose a problem when trying to remove the nail polish with regular remover and we were told it wouldn’t. Fast forward to a couple of weeks after the appointment, and the nail polish won’t come off! As suspected, the gel won’t come off with regular remover. We chose this salon because of the great reviews, however, were very disappointed in the results. The overall experience was sadly not a good one.Edit (reply to owner’s response):From the moment we entered and gave our names for our appointment, it was clear from their reactions that they had forgotten about us/messed up. Rather than simply admit this, apologize, and ask us to wait (which I would have been fine with), they had us sit in the pedicure chairs. I’ve NEVER had a manicure done in a pedicure chair (for obvious reasons), so please don’t assume I’m naive enough to believe you do this regularly. The people working on our manicures were clearly having great difficulty maneuvering around the chairs to work on our nails. We had to put our arms and hands in awkward positions to help them manage. My friend was even asked to balance the large hand drying fan on her legs! If this is your usual protocol, as a paying costumer, I would suggest you no longer hold manicures in your pedicure chairs.Also, to clarify, my manicure did not stay intact/nice. The gel top coat warped the regular nail polish underneath and it was uneven. I prefer normal nail polish (even though it doesn’t last long) because it’s easy to remove & I don’t have to go through a lot of trouble to do so. If I wanted gel, I would have paid for gel. The fact that it was put on without anyone even asking me if I was ok with this, is what I find upsetting. Not to mention, my friend was clearly lied to when she asked if it would come off as easily as regular nail polish, and was told yes.Honestly, your response to my review is flippant and a little condescending. I realize this is not the experience everyone has at your salon, but I would have appreciated if you simply owned up to your mistakes rather than make me feel like I should be grateful for getting something I didn’t ask for.

The BEST nail salon ever! Their quality of work is unmatched - I have had my nails done here for several years now, with many different Technicians, and the result has always been nothing short of perfect! Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, talented and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Online booking makes for an easy customer experience, and they will do their best to accommodate walk-ins or last-minute requests if possible. Great place, people and product - you won't be disappointed!

Best nail salon in the area! Very clean, they pay very close attention to detail and they really try to give you exactly what you want. I’m very picky with my nails and the shape is always perfect. I usually get french tips and they’re always perfectly done. Recommend!

Love it!!—————————Updated versionI would say that the service quality significantly decreased compared to last year, also there’s a potential discrimination existing.I had an appointment at 2:15, an elder lady who works in the salon asked everyone their appointment time and told them to just wait 5 minutes more, it’s going to be really quick. She asked every single one of them but only skipped me.All the others have appointments later than me, 2:20 or 2:30. She passed by me several times talked to everyone but only ignored me from the beginning to the end. I had to in the end asked by myself why everyone after me are doing their nails first.The thing even worse than the half an hour wait time is the different treatment by the elder lady in their salon, this makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and SAD. If you are an Asian, don’t discriminate another Asian, be kind.———————Yet again new updates:I did my nails on June 28, and today is July 10th, after less than two weeks my thumb nail extension already fell off. This is what happens when you ask your client to wait for half an hour, and do the nails extra fast since the next client after also came to the store not long after you started doing my nails. Not only bad service but also bad quality!

What a wonderful experience ! I just moved to the south shore and was looking for a new salon. I did a mani and pedi. The staff is very attentionnate. My nail artist wore gloves, which I really appreciated. They respected my appointment time. My new place from now on!
