Worst Tim Hortons in the city. If I could give it a lower star I would. Tried to get the same simple 1 item order I get everytime I'm in and 3 employees couldn't figure it out.

Honestly I never leave reviews for things like this but honestly the overall experience today and frequently at this location has been far from pleasant. It's often you wait for a very long time in their drive through (10 minutes plus in most cases) and then even by the time you get your food as many others have mentioned prior on here, it's unlikely it will even be correct. I've frequently had my wife and my orders mixed up or completely wrong only to get home to find out that it's either missing items or completely wrong. Well today I waited for 15+ minutes in the drive through and ordered a couple hashbrowns a simply sausage breakfast sandwich no egg on a biscuit and an extra large tea. I checked to make sure my hashbrowns and sandwich were in the bag and was going go check the contents of the sandwich but decided not to due to not wanting to hold up the line and drove the 10 minutes home. Well clearly that was a mistake. Not only did the Simply Sausage Breakfast Sandwhich with No Egg not only have Egg... it also had no Sausage and didn't even have the biscuit portion to both sides of the bun.... they literally used the biscuit for the bottom half of the sandwhich and then topped it with an english muffin bun for the top half? Really?... All in all this was a pretty disappointing experience when I was just trying to get something quick and in the end I ended up getting home almost 40 minutes later with food I didn't even want and not even made correctly. Hashbrowns were also soggy and limp so that was also fantastic. At least my Tea was hot and correct but I mean its tea so......

Hands down best Tim's in the winnipeg area! Super friendly staff fast service most times they'll have the order before I even have my payment ready! Food always tastes good and fresh Keep up the good work everyone:)

I popped in to use the bathroom quickly before using the drive thru as I had animals in the car with me. The women’s bathroom tap was not working, so I went to use the hand sanitizer at the front door instead which to my shock was completely empty. I didn’t even see a bag in the dispenser. While going thru the drive through I let staff know and asked if they had any they could give me some. I was just told “sorry.” Afterwards while driving I realized they did not include the hashbrown in my farmer wrap. I then called to explain again about the hand sanitizer and problematic tap because, well, covid. The person I spoke to only acknowledged my incorrect order to which they took my name down and said I could come back for a replacement. Very disappointing.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Im a regular here and they barely give you correct order. I do order ahead using app but still have to wait to get my order. On top of that often few items are missing. I wanted not to complain but its getting ridiculous . Every day an item or two are missing.Again on March 21,2023 . i ordered egg n cheese farmers but was served sausage , which is so inappropriate and again as usual my pastry missing from order

It took three tries and still after the third try it was wrong. I was late for work by 30 minutes because they still didn't get my order right. I asked for a cilantro lime wrap crispy the first wrap came with no chicken at all. I should have known better and walked into the building instead of do drive-thru again. Waited 10 minutes and drive through when there was no lineup. This is at 7:30 at night. The second wrap had some form of hot sauce which was not the correct wrap. Finally when I did get my correct order it was swimming in ranch which I'm pretty sure cilantro lime wrap does not have ranch in it and no rice but at least it had the chicken so I could have something protein-wise going to work. Not very thrilled learn my lesson will never go to this to this one again

I go to Tim's almost every day, and that was one of the worst tums experiences I've had. Wrong food, cold coffee. And when I got the right food, they tossed it together so fast it wad just a mess.

Your service is very good but this seems to be a problem with asking for like three cream three sugar and two espresso shots. I've had many times where it didn't have sugar I didn't have enough cream and another problem is there espresso machine is constantly constantly breaking down. Very very disappointing . If it doesn't work properly get a new one I do believe Tim Hortons makes enough money to do that never mind giving the money to the higher upper higher ups. Otherwise not too bad.

Absolutely brutal service sometimes. Count on at least minutes if you walk in. Drive through is a bit quicker. Last time I went, they got hot about my drinks, and everyone who came after me left before me. When I did get the drinks, they weren’t even that good.
