Wow! I am so happy with my whole experience using this company. The initial ordering was very simple. They were very helpful with any questions I had along the way. Although shipping took a little bit longer, it was well worth the wait! The robes are such a good quality and so comfortable to wear. The care put in to the packing was also appreciated. I highly recommend using this Canadian business! Can't wait to use these for my wedding this year!Update - the robes were perfect! They were comfortable and fit well. It was a perfect addition to the girls gift!

The ruffle collection are the perfect bridal/bridesmaid robes! They're so cute and fit perfectly. It's exactly as shown in the pictures. I love that it almost looks like a dress. The ruffled trim really makes it so feminine and flattering. I purchased one for myself along with all my bridesmaids, my Mom & MIL. Everyone commented on how cute and comfy they were! It's a nice fabric too, it's not see through. I'm about 5'0 and usually wear a size small for reference. I was also super impressed with the customer service I received. I placed a last minute order (thanks covid!) and I emailed to see if they would be able to ship it out for me. Ashley answered right away AND it was 11pm!! She was so accommodating and made sure my order way delivered in plenty of time before the wedding. Everything was also packaged beautifully. Thank you again to Ashley and the 431 team!!! :)

Wow I am so impressed with the customer service, quality and attention to detail with the products. I ordered 9 proposal boxes, robes, and heart sunglasses for my bridal party and cashmere shawls for my mom/MIL. It was a hefty order and they all came out perfect! The robes and shawls are so soft and it was lovely chatting with Ashley on the website where she helped me with some design choices and shipping! They are very transparent with delivery timelines and everything is as pictured on their site and even better to see in person. 12/10 experience.

I never write reviews, but I had to this time. Website was extremely easy to navigate and the delivery was extremely fast. I ordered robes for myself and my bridesmaids, the price was great, and the packaging it came in was so cute! They added a little personalized card in the packaging as well, which was a really sweet little touch to it all. I would 110% recommend this company if you're trying to find bridesmaid gifts especially if you're looking to support a Canadian business. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and will definitely spread the word about this company!

I love the bridal and bridesmaid robes and custom gift box I ordered. Great quality and pricing. I'm so impressed by the customer service I received. Ashley and her team were incredibly responsive and were reassuring of the shipment for me to get my order in time. The personal touches added in the wrapping and packaging upon receiving the items are beautiful and so appreciated. ♥️ I would absolutely order from them again and highly recommend it to others.

I ordered customized stemless glasses for myself and each of my bridesmaids with their name on it.. and I really LOVE how they all turned out!!! The font and rosegold colour for the names looks so nice. They are a great size - not too big nor too small - and are a perfect addition to my bridesmaid proposal boxes. The products were packaged with care, and each glass came with a matching rosegold-striped paper straw (I didn't even think about adding these in!) - even though it was a small detail it really made a big difference in making the aesthetic super pretty. I received a handwritten card as well which was very sweet. Customer service was great too - Ashley, the founder was friendly and responsive to my e-mails.There are other options out there (e.g. Etsy) but please note some of those are plastic and not glass. These are honestly amazing quality at reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend 431 The Wedding Company to anyone!

Beautiful products delivered quicker than expected! Love them! The postcard and cute little cards to go with each gift were such a nice personal touch. Very easy website to use, everything was delivered exactly as I wanted! Would definitely recommend!

Ordered my bridal robe along with robes for my bridesmaids, Mom and Grandmother. They were so soft and flowy. Loved the details on the Aurora collection. Made us feel pretty and comfortable to get ready in the morning of my wedding. I also ordered the customized name compacts to go with my bridesmaids' gifts - excellent turnout. Great services and products, I recommend!

Ashley was a joy to work with. I went back and forth between robe colours and she was patient, offered guidance and made me laugh through her emails. The boxes were beautiful and she even included a handwritten postcard thanking me for the order and wishing me an amazing wedding day! One of the robes had a small defect, and as soon as I contacted her, she sent me a new one. Excellent experience and I highly recommend 431 The Wedding Company!!!

I ordered the Stella hair comb and I was given a comb that isn't even on their website at all? No response from the owner to resolve issue. Shipping also took forever. Huge disappointment!
