The weekend cashier is rude, PetroCanada should pay more attention to their regular customers. Instead of the manager resolving the issues he defended her actions.

Poor excuse of a car wash.. second time here within a few weeks and find that the bottom half of my car isn't getting cleaned.Don't waste your time coming here..

Good corner location.Update: Car wash looks amazing but performance wasn’t quite adequate. My car had dirt all over it even after most expensive Car wash package. It happened in both visits so I asked Cashier for solution and he gave me another complimentary car wash and it cleaned my car(Not totally though).I wish they could do something about quality of car wash rather than exotic looks.FYI: Not a touch-less car wash location.

Washed the car, just fancy sprays and the dirt stayed. Asked for a rewash.... same results. There isn't enough water pressure to remove any dirt or grime.

Always get lots of soap left after car wash . Staff is nice they do provide us another wash but petro Canada should fix it. I think water isn't enough. Only at this location I have same issue in car wash.I wish I could add pictures here. Kindly fix it!!!!!

Took my Chrysler 300c here through the car wash about a year ago (Normally I wouldn’t do that) and as soon as it’s done washing the dryers were blowing off the car and the pressure for the forced air dented the back of the roof of my car. It was a rattling sheet metal sounding noise following the steel popping back out. I went to the store clerk to inform him of the damage and he gave me a paper to fill out a report in which a week later the manager contacted to come in after telling me on the phone that it is impossible to have had that damage the car.... so I went in and I showed him a before and after picture and he continued to call me a liar and saying there was no way that would have happened once again. Even with complete concrete proof and two witnesses (my brother and friend which I brought in with me) he still continued to deny it and tell me I was lying. So I asked to speak to the branch owner and once again he refused to allow me to speak to him on a personal level. He then gave me another form to fill out so they could “launch an investigation” which they then told me their conclusion and in their words they said “we looked at all the vehicles that went through and we didn’t have any complaints for the next two weeks” so I asked were there any Chrysler 300s or something similar to go through and they said “no” so I said okay so how did you come to your conclusion since no car with roughly the same stature didn’t go through since I did and they continued to tell me “we’re not responsible everything is running fine” when clearly it was because they did 500$ of damage to the roof on my car. Also before they DID NOT HAVE A DISCLAIMER on the receipt saying they were not responsible for any damage. Any who the staff that work there were pretty nice but the management was absolutely brutal and so was their customer service I will never be attending on if these piece of trash gas stations/car washes again! I would 100% stay away and spend your money at respectable gas stations such as shell, esso, husky, and or pioneer.

Good customer service. Staff welcomed me with a smile. All time cheaper for the gas compared to other gas station at this location
