We had a car accident and we got the rental car from GTA car service at the bodyshop. The car was clean. When I returned the rental car, she dropped me off at the bodyshop. That was very nice of her. Good service.

CRIMINALS!!! Company office not exist at 3239 Wolfedale Rd. You will have to return rental car on some public parking. If you already deal with GTA car rental, you ready this message too late. Your deposit is gone, and to see the issues you will have with cost and your insurance company covering it. Be aware of criminal link GTA Towing, GTA car rental and A1 body shop. They operate on 401 between Guelphs and Oakville. Milton OPP cannot help you ( you are in Civil law), and Tax man was never in the Public service to protect and investigate criminal business. Just cut your losses, cancel your Visa card and try to forget Dona and GTA rental. Hope you would never deal with Dona, Mo and Mo’s younger brother.

There is no option for 0 stars or less than 0 stars but if there was, these people would have it. These people are con artists. They stole $1500 from my credit card. They gave me an unsafe car and I did not know how bad it was because they brought it to me in the dark after being hit by someone in my own car and being stranded. They took advantage of my position of not being able to see before signing for it. They yelled at me and tried to intimidate to sign for damage that I did not cause when they picked it up. I refused and said to them to call the police if they really believed that. They did not. Instead, They used the receipt I signed for the gas and added to the invoice after I signed for the gad so that it looks like I signed for the $1500. My insurance was paying for the rental so my bill should have been just a partial tank of gas, $35 tops. I told them that if they thought I damaged, that this is what insurance is for they could talk to my insurance or call the police and let them pull the bills from the last person who returned that car and prove that they didn't also charge them for the same damage. They did not. They forged the bill and stole it. They did much more too, but the bottom line is, do not go to this place ever. Who steals $1500 from a single mom right before Christmas so that I can't afford gifts or even heat? I will be pressing charges, and taking it to court, and have contacted Visa disputes and the police to start the criminal investigation.... Do yourself a favour and go with enterprise instead.

Got into an accident on a Sunday evening, and this rental car business was recommended to me since none of the big chains were open. I had the car for about three weeks while my claim was being processed, with no issues. The owner was very prompt in bringing me a car, and drop-off was very easy and convenient.

We had an accident in Mississauga in October, and I got a rental car from this company. Insurance paid for our rental, we got 3 free days, she was very professional, and the car was super clean. Great experience.

Grade-A service! Very professional, understanding, and compassionate. GTA Car made me feel like family and treated me the same way. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental.

Amazing customer service!!!! I don't write many reviews about companies, but I had to take the time to write this one. This company goes above and beyond to help you when your in situation that is less than ideal.I got into an accident in the early hours of the morning on a freezing cold night. They delivered the car to the scene of the accident, helped me transfer a few heavier things from my car to the rental and even bought me a tea(because I was freezing) while I waited for all the paperwork to be filled out.Another thing thats worth mentioning, is that the rental was very clean with a full tank of gas. Anyone who has ever rented a car before knows that you dont always get a fresh smelling/clean car so I was more than happy about that. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

Terrible business they will take advantage of you, especially if you are older. They will charge you extra for damages already on the vehicle. Stay away from this establishment. They charged my mother $500 to fix a a tiny scratch on the keyhole side..we all know it doesn’t cost 500 to fix a 5cm scratch

I wish I could leave 0 stars... Completely horrible company. The worst experience we've ever had in our life with any company, starting from the get go. Rented a car from here because this is where the truck driver took us, I would preferred to drag my car home and walk uphill both ways to wherever I needed to go.Stay away at all costs. If you are renting a car from here, RETURN IT AND GO ELSEWHERE IMMEDIATELY. Not worth the hassle, stress or issues you'll encounter.

Guys, they are scammers! Be careful!We have a flat tire , waiting on the hwy for the road service (which is provided to us for free) when one of the tow trackers comes to us not introducing himself, takes our car to the gas station (which is just 1 min driving) saying that it is not safe to stay on the hwy.Then he forces us to pay $360 cash or otherwise he is not releasing our car. We spent 2,5 hours with this scammer who was threatening to charge us over $1,000 for the waiting time. Eventually, the police came and found out that this driver's licence was suspended and he was legally not allowed to drive!!!!!If you even get in trouble with them, CALL THE POLICE!!!
