Got recommended these folks by a friend and I couldn't be happier.As a first-time condo buyer, I didn't know much about the condo buying process other than what I could gather from some online research. Michael and Willemina were both extremely helpful in getting me up to speed, and I felt much more prepared when going to look at different units.When looking at condos, Michael was able to provide great insight into the different condo buildings (any issues that had arisen in the past, etc...), which helped narrow down the search considerably. He also asked me great questions during each visit that helped me narrow down what exactly I wanted from a condo, which lead to me finding the one!Even after the sale was firm, they were both very helpful throughout the closing stages and dealt with a couple problems that arose close to the acquisition date.
