There is no miscommunication with the receiptionist. As addressed previously, she is extremely unkind and rude. I give my upmost respect to Dr Zhou, he is an excellent doctor and individual. I give Dr Zhou a 5/5 and the reception a 1/5.

Dr. Mark Zhou is an exceptional doctor who cares very much! He actually took the time to personally call me when a test result came back for my newborn daughter just to let me know that everything was OK! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
