Warning to those whom want to make Trenton their new home: this factory omits terrible fumes and depending on the way the wind is blowing you will smell it. There's nothing more disappointing than opening your window on a nice summer day only to have to close it again after breathing in the chemical smell. People say you get use to it, but it's not true if the odor causes headaches and light headed-ness which happens if you spend time outside while the odor is present. Awful.

I would really appreciate it if you can do something about the smell. It smells terrible. I know a lot of peoples livelihoods and jobs depend on it but there are ways in which you can reduce the smell it could be simple as changing some of your chemical combinations.

I lived in Trenton a long time and you never get used to the smell it's truelly horrible. The fumes give a lot of people headaches and breatheing difficulties too.

Moved from Toronto to Trenton in 2018. I live 1000m from the plant. The smell is not present all day, everyday. Agreed that it is all weather dependant, wind and such, I rarely catch a wiff. It's not as bad as some reviewers claim.In regards to the business, they employ and support many Trenton families. I hope they keep their operations in Trenton for the foreseeable future.

They used to be reasonably efficient at live-loading, and would pre-send your customs documentation to the broker, often before you even arrived. The only thing you'd have to do would be to arrange for your ACE to be set-up. Last time I was there, they no longer had a fax machine in the office, rather it had been relocated to the scale shack, which you could use (both the fax and the scale).

Somethings not right with the stink that comes out of this plant. I used to work in an area where they had another paper plant like this and it didn't stink at all. They're doing something wrong here and something needs to be changed. People cannot enjoy sitting in their backyards most days. When the wind is blowing your way its very overwhelming and obnoxious, it's unfair to residents of Trenton.Something needs to change and get fixed, this isn't right. I will be looking into this further and pursuing MPP support on this matter.

I live on the east side of town. Every single day we deal with the smell of the plant. So disappointing that we cannot open windows because of the smell. My cars get dusted daily from the ash falling on them.Hate the smell of trash this place emits
