The worst GL location I've been to. Out of the 20+ locations I've been to in the GTHA, this is the absolute smallest location with a broken dry sauna for more than a month. Free weights area is really small. Currently, there's only three personal trainers, which speaks to how small the number of clientele. Staff are hardly at the front desk.Positive feedback--it's 24 hours (except some holidays) and shout out to this one young guy who is frequently cleaning the machines. Don't know his name (White, blonde-haired guy).04-08-2022

Worst customer service by general manager ever I have left several messages and no reply. I even called head office and they left a message for general manager to call me back but nothing no call back. I was trying to get my old membership price back but they would not honour it and it is only $5 difference that is bad customer service from the Milton location GoodLife. If I could give zero stars I would.

Been at this location for around four months now. The staff I see regularly are nice and always greet. It’s kept clean and there’s a good variety of machines. I go pretty often, and tonight I left around fifteen minutes ago after two teenagers were screaming and being inconsiderate about others around them. There was no staff at the front desk and no one came up to speak to them. Super disappointed about my experience today

We were visiting the area for the day and decided to check out this gym. The staff were amazing - the two ladies were super polite and helpful. There was a good variety of equipment and it wasn’t too busy for being 7pm. Great experience overall, would visit again if in the area.

Ive been going to this gym location for about a year now.I have seen cleaning staff at the other locations but at this location -not once!!!The machines are being cleaned by the users IF at all.Every single machine has fluff of dirt and dust at the BOTTOM., nobody cares to clean.While running on the treadmill this fluff flies up and triggers my allergies .Many times ive tried speaking to a manager but a manager is nowhere to be found.Young kids are hired who sit at the front desk to greet the customer which is great but lack any direction on running the gym in a manner to keep it clean and usable.Requesting to get these machines cleaned ASAP.

The gym is very small considering the amount of money I pay. Please update gym equipment, it is so outdated. The only reason I didn't join LA fitness was because they are not 24/7.

Been at this location for over a year. The front desk employees rarely ever greet you, as they are usually busy on their phones or talking among each other. Some of the equipment is in poor shape. And one of the water fountains doesn't work half the time. These aren't huge gripes but its enough for me to switch to another gym at this point.

Old and depressing. Need more mirrors, new equipment, happier staff. One old male trainer is particularly obnoxious, his voice is always so loud, he puts his mug on equipment while training clients, and is generally rude and disrespectful. If it wasn't the only option in milton that is 24 hours, I would never go here.I should add to my review. I emailed them, as they requested of me and of all the other reviews on this page. And they do not answer the email. This is just a show. They legitimately do not care to repaire anything.It should also be noted, that I have emailed my concerns several times before. And nothing.
