This place has good price for most parts that are common. I have been a long time customer. However, recently they sold me a bad caliper. The bleeder valve leaked at the threads (had to use teflon tape to stop this) and it was missing a metal clamp for the dust boot (toyota 4 runner's have dust boots that are held by a metal ring). Consequently the boot ripped and caused a premature failure in my brakes. When I mentioned this to their manager and showed him the picture, he was not even interested in looking at the picture. Seems as if he had these problems before...they said they could do nothing. They lost me as a customer right there. Spend the extra and get it from a reputable dealer for your family's safety. Unbelievable that there are still people/stores like this. Where they get their parts is suspect as these calipers were incompetently rebuilt.

I called the store, Eric answered my call and gave me the price and asked Eric to prepare the parts 2 Sway Bar Links for my KIA RIO 2013 - Front Left & Right.I came to the store and Eric was busy with his works in front of his computer and Eric asked Frank to take the parts that I ordered.I asked for Invoice that must be printed on the legal paper, but Frank seemed to be reluctant to print the Invoice out and he mentioned and while giving the receipt from Credit Card Printer, those are Credit Card Receipts, and I asked Purchase Invoice and he gave me the Purchase Invoice and I asked him how many year of warranty. He said One Year" so I wrote down "1 year Warranty".After i saw all the bad reviews about broken or leaking parts and it seems they are not interested for looking at the price. I assume this store (not only Frank)
