Twin Star Car Wash

One of my favorite self serve car washes. High pressure water, quality soap and the triple conditioner really makes my Jeep look good.

I used the manual car wash and swiped my credit card. I did about a 5 minute wash and pressed Stop" when I needed the transaction to stop. I was charged 20.00 for a 5 minute car wash."

Definitely one of the best self service car washes I’ve ever used. There’s also an automatic car wash if you prefer. Very clean, everything works, credit cards accepted, and there’s even a blow dryer to dry your car. I would definitely use this car wash again and recommend it to others.

I don’t like the token system they have set up. Vacuum runs for 5 minutes on 2 tokens. Can only buy tokens in sets of 5 (they represent one dollar) so if you use the vacuum you’ll either lose a your extra token or need to buy 5 more. Youd think you could put in an extra token to buy an additional two minutes, but don’t because it’ll just eat it and you’re out a dollar. I felt like the system is designed to extract extra money out of you. I won’t be back because it left a bad taste in my mouth. Id rather pay extra and drive to Issaquah for the brown bear. In fact, that’s what I did for my other car.

This is a nice little car wash. I like the manual wand/foam brush bays but they also have an automated wash. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4 is because both the vending machine with cleaning accessories as well as the card reader for the tokens were both out of service at the time I visited.Won't stop me from going back and I will update my star rating whenever I do so and see they're functioning again.

Great customer service attendant not only gave me my change but also gave me some tokensIt was very simple when machine didn't give me change .

UpdateThe wash didn’t take off the simple dirt on the carNOT WORTH ITWAIST OF MONEYI got out of the wash when the mosquitos are still on my bumper…Some soap can be seen on the car and the car is wetBecause the car was still wet I have stains left all over the car

Way less than pleased.Paid for Super wash and the car is still visibly filthy! Not worth it at all.

I used the automated car wash. This is the BEST car wash I've ever used. Joe was more than helpful giving me directions and took the time to explain the different wash options and payment options. Found this place by chance only because I happened to be at Snoqualmie and my vehicle was dirty. It is touch free and by far has given the best car wash I have ever had. I purchased the $18 rate for the car wash and the result was amazing. I liked how I was able to just drive in without aligning my vehicle with those annoying bars on the ground. There are no brushes but amazingly the laser system that the car wash place uses is amazing. The water pressure was strong enough to clean my vehicle very well. I feel this place beats brown bear but that is just my opinion. I wish it was closer to where I live as I would go there more often. Another benefit .. there were no lines when I got there.
