I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic!I've been dealing with a unknown, serious, painful skin condition for almost 4 months. After a stay at RUH my family doctor sent a referral here. Unfortunately they were booked almost s year, but when I called and explained my serious state, they got me in within a few days.Dr. Oroz is the kindest practitioner I've dealt with my whole life. She validated my pain and the first visit she ordered blood work, skin biopsy, phototherapy and a new drug to try that's been helping with my condition. The receptionists are also very kind and will explain anything you don't understand. 10/10 happy I found this place.

Would not recommend this place. Front staff are rude and condescending. Glad to know this before starting months long treatment with required monthly followups. Specialist says one thing and reception says another. Instead of communicating with each other, reception just doesn't help. deleting bad reviews just makes it so much worse imoMy Dr is now referring me to a different dermatologist.*edit to add. It's been 4 months since requesting my medical files be sent to my GP and they haven't sent them and will not respond to my requests. Very unprofessional.

Clearly these dermatologists are making too much money on botox and cosmetic procedures to care about suffering kids.My grandson has really, really bad eczema. Waited months to get an appointment on referral, got the right meds and was so great for awhile. Then ran out and couldn't get more, because you require another referral after 6 months! How is that appropriate or even ethical? That second referral was at least 7 months ago, and he suffers so much every day, waiting. They also need a referral for allergy testing from the dermatologist, not sure why that wasn't done in the first place? Why do children suffer so much when their parents are doing everything they possibly can? They shouldn't ever be waiting a year to get the medication they need. Unbelievably unprofessional. Start prioritizing suffering children.Do better, Dr. Oroz.

The first appointment I had with dr Sieging, she immediately recognized and diagnosed my acne problem and prescribed me adapalene. Since then my skin has been on its way to recovery. After 10 years of constant battling I'm so happy! My face is almost completely clear

Front desk receptionist was rude, insensitive, and over-reacted. A little sensitivity, empathy, and composure would go a long way.

Dr. Culliganham is great, he's kind and calm. All of the staff I've dealt with were super helpful and friendly. Hidradenitis superativa isn't a fun condition, but I don't dread visiting the dermatologist at least!

Clinic is disorganized. I called on a Tuesday to see if I could get a prescription for my daughters folliculitis as we had an appointment to come in on Friday, I just wanted to know whether or not this was something that could be done or if we had to go through our family doctor. The receptionist was short and continued to repeat herself on the phone and eventually hung up on me.On top of that, there was miscommunication about her prescription and no education around her diagnosis. This is a clinic, you can spare 5 minutes to do some teaching. Overall, not happy about our experience and may cringe if we have to go back

Poor experience all around. Took a full hour of waiting to find out that there was an issue with my referral. Didn't find out until I was in the Dr office. Some effort into preventing people from wasting their time would go a long way. I'm not upset I didn't receive treatment, I'm upset I had to wait an hour in the office for someone to figure out I shouldn't be there.
