I can't believe how wonderful Lenny treated me when I was in there. He was fantastic with all my needs and wants! I truly think there is nothing he can't do with a balloon! 10* for him!

The customer service was friendly, warm, and the gentleman that helped me was wonderful with coming up with ideas for the theme I wanted. Pickup time was incredibly accommodating and pricing was great! I'll be back for the next birthday!

It’s no longer at the address directed in Google maps. You have to pre order the balloons and then they deliver them. Didn’t help me because I wanted to visit the store, pick them out then pay.

We ordered 2 sets of unicorn balloons with a cluster of coloured balloons for my daughter's 5th birthday and I feel like they are going to last 2 weeks - no sign of deflating yet! Lenny was great to deal with when we were ordering, friendly and professional. We also purchased all our dinnerware for the party here, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I needed a special arrangement done quickly and Lennie was quick to the job and got it done within a hour! Support your local balloon store! Not to mention there helium balloons last a really long time!

The arrangements were beautiful and the customer service was good, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the balloons for the money you pay. They started drooping considerably by the second day, and by the third day they were done.
