Austin always guided us and helped us to our first home. He was available when ever we needed him and scheduled viewing in very short notice. Austin is young and energetic. I never had a problem reaching him to make offers and close out the conditions. If we could not make it to look at a house he was able to show up on our behalf and take us through a tour with video chat. He never used high pressure sales techniques. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to push us into a wrong fit.We were able to find the house we wanted in less than three weeks and he was instrumental in the process of making an offer, to getting the paper work completed. On move in day he even showed up and helped us move in!
