Tim seemed like a nice guy at first. Little did we realize that he did not know what he was doing! Came for an hour but basically walked around seemingly confused trying to figure out the issue. Spent a bunch of time with the AC unit company support line. Left without fixing the issue because he said he had to order parts. Wanted to get payment for the time he was there but hadn’t actually done anything. Came back a few days later with some parts. Ultimately it didn’t fix anything but he charged for his time and the parts. Had to call another technician who assessed that Tim didn’t know what he was doing and in fact had cut a bunch of sensors and wires! He was hostile when tried to contact to rectify the situation or to have him come back to fix his mess. BIG waste of time and money. Keep him away from your home. He doesn’t know what he is doing and will just take your money and run!!!!!

We had our pool heater installed by Tim last summer. Very friendly, professional, and thorough at a good price. Highly recommend.

Tim was recommended from a friend and did a great job. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was always smiling even when it was 35C outside. He worked quickly the first day just so we could have our air conditioning that night instead of the next day when he did our furnace. We were happy with his work.

Tim came in at almost 1/3 of that price. He showed up on time for both the quote and doing the work. He was friendly and professional and deserved the work over the big guy with the big quote. Call him the next time you need furnace/ac help.

furnace down called some places was the weekend said call back monday seen Tims truck with his number on the side, gave him a call he fixed me up. stay local and give the little guys your business!

Tim installed an on-demand water heater at our Church facility where we had the old electric water tank heating and did an excellent job. His work was neat and organized and the work was done in less than a day. he is very professional to deal with and gave some good advice for how the work would best be done and we have had 2 yrs of trouble-free lower cost water heating. I would definitely recommend him for future gas and heating installation or repair work.
