pros and cons. i lived in this building for 10 years with my family until summer 2017. new management took over and started renovating the building. this building is very old in structure. new owners have created the illusion of outward newness" but have actually just put a "coat of paint" to the real issues. they have put in millions in renos (new elevators

I have lived here for a year. It has been the worst experience of my life. We’ve dealt with pest problems from day one and no one in management have dealt with the issue. The whole management team is very irresponsible and don’t have any attentions or fixing any issues you have just collecting money. I suggest to everyone never to rent here. There’s bed bugs. , mice , rats , and worst of all cockroaches. I also suggest anyone from this building to file a t2- and t6 with the landlord and tentant board and you can receive some form of rebate back or get out of your lease

This is great place to live! Apartment manager Laila and her husband super-intendent Domilo (aka Majnu ;) ) are very friendly and very helpful in each step of the way. You would NEVER see either of them sitting down or gossiping. They work really really hard everyday on the apartment to keep it nice and clean.
