My 95 year-old mother had been to Jada Salon in the past and found the service adequate. This time, she left without getting her hair cut after waiting 10 minutes. Ten minutes is not an unreasonable time to wait, however, she was not greeted and no enquiry was made of her name or with whom she had an appointment. She felt ignored, dismissed and certainly not like a valued customer. A moment's thoughtfulness toward an elderly woman goes a long way.

What a refreshing change! Honest answers about my wig restyling and then, a great job. I had a lovely wig that didn't look quite right. Shelby restyled it beautifully and now I wear it all the time!

Great hair salon! Changed ownership in 2017 and the new owner is awesome with very friendly staff as well! This will definitely be my go-to place for my haircuts.George is a great owner and has amazing skill
