Just came back from dropping a package there, the older lady at the counter was extremelly unhelpful and unfriendly not just to me, but to other people in line. I would rather walk to a further post office other than going back there.

Would agree with comments the older lady working there has no idea about posting international items and seems like has had no training to do her job. Very poor service.

Terrible service. There is a staff member there who has been on the phone making personal calls (speaking in native tongue so I am doubtful that it is official Canada Post business). This has happened multiple times when I visited the branch. The problem is I have to stand and wait at the counter while she wraps up her personal conversation. Unacceptable.

This is my local post office. I've both had to pick up packages from here and send mail. I've never personally had an issue. The service has always been great.

This is the worst post office I have ever been.The old Asian lady is very rude. I asked for receipt when I drop off the item and she gave me a tracking number. When I asked for receipt she screamed at me for asking for receipt when I have tracking number. I only requested to make sure that I can get the refund from the vendor but why do I need to explain myself for asking for receipt?
