Elgin Park
Very cute spot. Quite an exciting jungle gym. Splash pad runs for 5 minutes at a time with the push of a sensor button. Lots of grassy areas. A few picnic benches. Indoor washroom on site.

Took our daughter here to play at the splash pad and she absolutely loved it. Lots of space for kids to run around. Love that there is a sun shelter and washrooms too. Let's you stay and play longer. Will definitely be going back!

Great play structure, covers most ages. The wood chips are very uncomfortable on the feet/hands. Wish there was more than one bench by the play structure.

Really big park right in town. Playground is brand new as is the splash pad. Kids seem to enjoy themselves and I had a place to sit and stay out of the sun.

Elgin Park
We were on the Parkview side of the unkept 2nd diamond for my son's baseball practice. However, Elgin Park is a great park to visit. There are swings, play structures, splash pad in the summer with bathrooms. Soccer field, basketball ball area and picnic spaces.

It has turned into a very nice space closer to downtown. Need every bit of public green space now that so much of the outlying fields are turning into housing developments

This is not my favorite place to unwind and relax. I frequent this park at night when the days business is completed. To me personally, it offers a quietness and peace that seems to remind my spirit that we are one. It's the hidden gem of nature that revives the spirit.

Decent little park. Has a water park for kids. Basketball court doesn't have a fence which is annoying.
