This has to be one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. The hotel rooms were large, spacious and clean. The front desk staff and bar staff were extremely attentive and kind. I would give this place a 11/10 for customer service. We had dinner in the lounge and it was great. The quesadilla and coffee were top notch. It was so good we decided to do breakfast there the next morning. The french toast was delicious and the bagel was as good as a bagel could be. They offer free laundry services which was great because we were on the road for several days and could use a washing machine and dryer. You can purchase soap for $2 which is cheap. The pool was great - they even have a slide. The hotel is 15 years old but has been maintained to perfection. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. Our stay was splendid! The room was very clean and the service was great. The location was very central to shopping and eating areas. It was only 10 mins from downtown Kingston. Parking is free too! Would love to visit again.

Our room looked like someone had been sleeping in it. The door was open when we arrived. It was very late so we just wanted to sleep or we would have requested another room. The AC unit smelled awful and seeing how dirty the unit is, I’m not surprised. Service was great and the hotel was quiet.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament. Found staff to be friendly. Location was good. Right off highway, many restaurant choices. Pillows were good, pool seemed clean but mattresses a little soft. That would be my only complaint.Would recommend

Hotel is clean and in a great location. Rooms are spacious and good for families. Font Desk Staff not overly friendly but may have been overwhelmed with teams from tournament. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping very good.

Still here! 3rd week now as displaced by fire in my apartment building. The staff is beyond amazing! They have been so supportive and helpful, kind and caring!It feels like having extended family!The room is beautiful and so clean.Fabulous place to stay!Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location just off the main highway there in Kingston area. Friendly staff and a good Starbucks downstairs. I highly recommend it. Plus the outlet malls are literally next door!

Great stay. Charles goes way beyond to make things perfect. He was checking the workout equipment when we went in the gymn and was just coming out of a freshly cleaned room w his clipboard when we were leaving. Friendly and sincere. Thanks!

Stuff is great,Room is ok but was food on rug when we checked in,But we came here because of the hot tub but is not so called working because of the Chemicals the hot tub, but in a pool was fine...But we have booked here before and same thing...Just wondering if closed because of weekday????We like to come to a place with hot for our mother
