The company has owed me money for the last 5 months, You call their customer service and you are told that you will be getting a refund that never comes. I do not recommend this company as they are Texas based and have a single customer service agent who deals with all of Canada. If you need to call you will be transferred multiple times between agents before getting the one that deals with Canada. Poor customer service and a sketchy Canadian business model is why I strongly recommend you look at another utility provider.

SCAMMERS!Everyone be aware of this company, we called and cancelled our plan 3 months ago, they said it was the last payment and would stop charging us.BUT we were busy and didn't notice until today, we got charged for another 3 months even though we didn't use their services.They had our bank card info and said that it was auto deposit, we asked for a refund which they did not cooperate and rudely told us to change our credit card if we don't want to be charged.Very unethical, very rude, stay away from this
