Unreasonable pricing and unsatisfied service…Literally paid $55 for a pixie cut that looked nothing like the picture I wanted. (My hair was already short anyways so I don’t know why the price was that high to begin with) Not worth the price, I could have gotten the same haircut at First Choice for $25. I went home with regret and won’t be returning here again.EDIT: The quality you would expect for a $55 haircut was not there. The lady started attending other people and doing other things in the middle of service and the result didn’t even look like the picture I wanted.

I went in yesterday to get eyebrows done. I was in a hurry and need it done so i stayed and endured. The service was fine.The issue here is bad HYGIENE. The Health Hazard Regulations under The Public Health Act, the cleanliness and hygiene of this salon is not meeting the requirements. There was HAIR (CUT HAIR, OR THREADED HAIR) ON the chair where she wanted me to lie down to do the threading. There was absolutely no sanitation involved. She didnt wipe or clean. It was utterly repulsive. I did not take pictures but this salon needs to go out of business. Tell your employees that any salon legally requires to have a sanitary environment. Not wiping the chair ( there was oily residue) was scary. What is the person before me had covid?I did not make a scene, paid and left. But regretted not taking pictures. There are guidelines you need to follow and if not, you need to close down because you are a threat to society.I suggest whoever goes there take pictures. I will be calling the health department about this business and they can handle it from there. This is the type of business that ruin regular life for the rest of us, they are full of germs and in the end everyone deserves a clean and sanitary space. They need to be held accountable for the disease they spread from their lack of basic hygiene.UPDATE: The owner said I forced and harassed someone to sit me somewhere else. Thats a disgusting lie and upon verification of security cameras you will see that . I didnt harrass anyone and this is a false accusation that your own security camera will prove to you. I was walked into a filthy room with a dirty table in it where the employee told me to lie down (on a greasy and full of hair table). All other places I've been to will do a basic sanitary spray and wipe as the next PAYING customer shouldn't have to soil their clothing on the previous customers sweat and grease. I never asked for any accommodations whatsoever and it's clear that you are unprofessional since you don't take BASIC HYGIENE seriously. There is no excuse to be have a salon this filthy and by your response its clear that hygiene is not important. It doesnt have to be a hospital to be clean????People are PAYING for their services.

I got my hair smoothing done today, Gagan and Alisha did an amazing job. Affordable prices and excellent service. I highly recommend someone looking to get hair treatment. Clean and hygienic place, satisfied with the treatment today.

Great customer service and good ratesMy only concern was one person said one pricing and when i was ready to pay, it was different.I know listed pricing are equal or more and depends on the cut.But starting price was different compared to listed.Overall it is a good placeFree parking and great customer service!

Firstly charged me $35 for full face wax when she said over phone it’s $28. That alone wouldn’t be the issue but the skin near my lips is burned. So I paid to get my skin ripped off.

The salon is clean and hygienic and the quality of the services is incredible. The staff are professional and polite and always provide a relaxing experience! Especially good for facials and eyebrows
