Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Walked in, heard some people, walked over to them, 1 couple checking their purchase before leaving, they were happy. Another couple loading their van. The gentleman working was glad to help, he greeted me, I told him what I want, he went and got it and he helped me load it. Zero hassle. Zero frustration.

worst service i have ever recieved. They are not honest with the customers. we asked to deliver the stuff inside they left the outside and they charge for delivery extra and thats not how it works. They were so rude

If I could give this place no stars I would. Horrible customer service, disgusting furniture, rude business owner. Ordered sofas from them and when they got delivered they were all dirty. Scuff marks, dirt stains, yellow food stains on the sofas. Sent pictures to the owner and he refused to do anything, on top of that he hung up my call. He told me the stains were not his problem. Take your business somewhere else. Not worth your money!!!

Alex is very rude, didn’t acknowledge us as customers and talking on the phone the whole time. Snatched the cash with no thank you.We wish we could have spent our money elsewhere, but we could not find what we wanted elsewhere in such short notice.Will not be going back, ever.

If you buy, you own it even if Product is damaged:We bought bed, side tables and center table from Abhi furniture and got these delivered at home. When we opened on of the side tables had a chip on lower drawer, I immediately clicked photo and send to Abhi furniture and informed that side table is damaged and asked for replacement. When I went to get it replaced he said 400 % sure product can’t be damaged and refused to replace it and argued. Though, he offer demo piece, which also had an issue. Also when we paid for new why should we take a demo piece? We came back home with same damaged product, I never saw such a poor customer service.In summary, as per my experience if you buy product from Abhi furniture, no replacement’s even if Product is damaged on arrival. Thanks.

I enjoyed my experience, I found the chairs I wanted for the price that felt eight. It was a simple, comfortable transaction. Delivery the next day, the guys my chairs in and even put them together. No complaints.

First of all rude owner. Very rude on the phone. Couldn’t do proper business with a customer. Secondly, he takes cash only, which I found very weird. Very bad communication with customer. Product looked damaged. It’s Terrible and a waste of time to go and look.
