Very friendly and helpful staff... They can take care of all your ski-related needs. I bought my daughter's racing skis and boots from them and was very satisfied with the service. They made a mistake in selling me the wring binding for my daughter's skies, but they took responsibility for it and fixed the issue.I highly recommend booking a time if you plan to visit them for sizing boots, etc. The place can get jam-packed at times, and you might have to wait for a LONG time before you are helped.

Best ski shop around. It’s not worth buying ski boots anywhere else, the fitting process here is so good. Solid mounting job as well.Lots of cool gear around too (flylow pants with a beer holder. Awesome Line/Intuition booties) plus everyone is so nice!

Went in to buy new ski boots and have the custom fitted. Staff was very knowledgeable and really took their time with the fitting. I went in for slight readjustments and am very, very happy with the results. Will most definitely go there again for ani ski related needs. Thank you!

Easy to book appointments, and the sales associate was very nice and quite helpful. Didn’t catch the guy’s name, but he had longer, curly, dirty-blonde hair. Very friendly, didn’t rush the appointment, and helped find the right boots for me.I’ve also been in before for a boot adjustment as my previous pair were a bit tight around the ankle. The tech was able to make a punch around the area that was causing discomfort, and didn’t rest until they fit perfectly.Nice local business that I’m happy to support.

So happy have these generous and helpful local businesses in North Vancouver.Our friends Visiting from California rent equipments for 5 days they got sick and used it for one day , the owner charged us for just a day . I will be there customer forever.

Awesome people! great customer service!I made an appointment for boot fitting at 4pm. The store was busy when I arrived at 4pm. I can see all the people there are busy. I was informed that they are behind their schedule and I need to wait.I can see the staff were trying very hard to help every customer the best they can. Ski boots can be tricky sometimes. I can understand why I need to wait.Finally it was my turn, Paul helped me. He was very knowledgeable about ski boots. I am so happy my boots fit me again.Thank you so much!

I bought a pair of ski boots and their custom fitting rocks. But expect to spare at least an hour for initial purchase as they are extremely busy during high season. Better to go before season starts.

Not only have I had multiple positive experiences here buying skis and other gear, but now I had an incredible experience dealing with a manufacturer regarding a warranty claim. The Destination contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and within 48 hours, had managed to get my skis replaced! They prioritized getting my bindings set up, were extremely friendly and truly seemed to care. I will forever be buying all my gear here!! Excellence in every way!
