Worst customer experience ever! Just spent $60 only to have to girl taking my order act like fulfilling my order was too much hassle. It wasn’t busy , and I didn’t order anything odd.literally just burgers. Usually for a larger order I’m asked to wait in the designated parking spots and they bring out the order. No problem. This time I’m told to drive around and come through the drive through again in 10 minutes. I ask if they could bring it out to their waiting spots. She says no, drive through. Well in ten minutes the drive through is packed. I go to the window, hoping to bypass the wait. The cashier sees me, shakes to head and tells me to drive through again. She’s rolling her eyes and giggling. There’s 3-4 I was in the staff inside. She’s wasn’t alone. $60 on burgers and they can’t take 30 seconds to walk it out to my car? Or even just pass it to me through the door? I’m sorry , but I think the staff was just being lazy. I come here 2-3x a month at least! So wait in the drive through I did , but I will never eat at this restaurant again.

It was worst experience. I spent 47 dollars on food but the burgers I ordered from this location did not taste good, the onions on the sanwichs were disgusting and fries were not fresh, and they did not put even a single pack of ketchup on side in the bags while it was takeout oder. We were wait there more then half an hour for pickup the order. The girl gave me the order was in hurry .

Excellent coffee, free refills inspite of COVID. Punjabi language services are good.Disgusting onion rings. Poor service, Order paid but employee did not pass it to kitchen. I had to wait 25 minutes to address the issue. The employee at the cash register went on brake. Who cares.

When we arrived the store was not really that busy, 2 people in line in front of us and about 2 cars in the drive through... Even we ordered we waited close to 10 minutes for our food. We were dining in but everything was package to go I didn't see any of the traditional frosted glass mugs for the root beer anywhere. Although that sounds silly and perhaps they denied not do that anymore? it's always been a nice touch that I've enjoyed at A and W. The staff were friendly and the food tasted great. There was one staff member that returned to the store after it sounds like picking up something from Walmart he was very loud it was a little distracting for the customers.Overall though a decent experience even though it's on the always busy upper James.

Ordered from here the other night for dinner. Haven't had A&W in forever, the quality never changes always delicious and satisfying. I ordered the double Mozza Burger it was very good and I also got fries and gravy with it too. The fries where nice and crispy, the gravy was thick and tasty. Also grabbed a couple double Buddy Burgers, they were delicious as well. Overall the meal was very good quality, tasty, and affordable. I'd definitely recommend their establishment.

Ordered a beyond meat burger with cheese and didn’t make my order right when complained they took back the expedited food back put the cheese on and give it back to me. Seriously which food place is allowed to take expedited food back n return that back to customer. And this is not the first time that they have got my order wrong

When trying to order the employee at the register was rude. My wife was trying to order and she kept interrupting her and talking over her. It got to the point that my wife just walked away and left me to place the order. The employee just couldn’t understand what we trying to order and kept getting confused. Ultimately our burgers came out and we were missing one of the toppings we wanted. We certainly won’t be going back to this A&W anytime soon.

Extremely poor customer service and bad business practices. Don’t make me responsible for you not being prepared with my order in a timely manner. They decided to refund our entire order instead of letting us wait in line. And no one was behind us. This practice of cheating the service time clock and having people move out of the line before the order is complete is not acceptable way of treating paying customers. Now you have an order you have to throw away and a money you had to give back. That’s just bad business as well.
