My experience was great! Matthew was excellent help with great customer service. He took the time to show us the storage units we were interested in and they were clean and well kept. I would recommend!

This experience is related to sales vs the charges. For doing the sale I get offers a discounted price plan for 6 month but after few months the price I get charged double. When I call to inquire that sales team said talk to the management and they can fix it.called management on 1st and they said we will get back to you but until 2 weeks no response! Meanwhile got charged double for those 15 days. Again called after 15 days, no luck get told by the management that we can't do anything it's automatically change in the system for some reason and it's not in our hand!At the end of day have to pay the double amount for rent.Before you rent make sure the price and don't expect management will help you at any point. You will get an answer sorry!
