Ordered a regular pearl milk tea. They charged me the regular price but does not include boba pearls. Overpriced for no reason. By far the only branch of CoCo that does not give boba pearls with their drinks while customers pay full price.

Recommendations: 3 guys, 2 ladies, brown sugarThis is a new CoCo that's very very clean. The staff are really professional and efficient, they prepare your order quickly. Covid safety protocols are conducted up to standards and they had a 15% or 10% off for mew location, but I'm not sure id they do that anymore. Their drinks are very good, they don't put less of pudding/jelly in your order (a problem i encountered with in other locations).

It had been more than a year since I ordered from this bubble tea store and today’s experience was great!I had issue with my app and the employee was more than willing to fix it for me.Everything was great including the bubble teas, just the store seemed little warm to be comfortable.

Just because a drink is on special doesn’t mean you need to water it down. I’m still spending $10-15 on drinks. I’m tired of this happening at your location. My drinks just end up tasting like water and flavouring. What’s the point of saying it has black tea in it if you’re not going to put it in when these drinks are on sale?This problem is suddenly solved when the same drinks are back to being regular priced. I’ve been coming to your location for over a year and it’s the same problem all the time. Why even offer the specials if you’re not going to make the drinks the same way? I shouldn’t have to go to other Coco locations further away from me when I want a drink that’s offered at a special monthly price.

Probably the best and only bubble tea store that have stayed consistent in price and quality throughout the years! Used to be a HUGE chatime addict until they started jacking up all their prices and bubble tea started costing ~$8 on average. Coco's is not only delicious (their mango green tea is to die for) but very affordable!! Definitely the best! Would 100% recommend :))

My daughter and son came to the shop and went in as I waited outside with my dog, but then they came back out with nothing. I went in to check and they said that my daughter showed them a different page while she didn’t and it was the exact same page. He accused her of changing the page. This whole time his tone was awful and mean. My children love Coco but this unacceptable.

I got a Large Sago Taro milk tea. Their large size is really huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior design of the store is so cute.

Been here a few times. Great service everytime, staff is courteous and competent; haven't gotten a single order of mine wrong yet which is saying a lot. Place is clean, seats available. I usually order the Bubble Gaga with 30% sugar and it's fantastic. Also much more affordable for that drink than its comparables in the area. I'm not a fan of their roasted milk tea, I prefer other chains for that drink as I much prefer stronger teas. Also, they're running a promo! Buy one get the 2nd half off!!
