Brent did a great job in accomodating me in my condo purchase. I wasn't able to attend the home inspection myself as I was out of town but he went out of his way to meet with the realtor and get the job done. This was my second home purchase and Brent found the smallest of things that my previous home inspector didn't think to check things such as:Minor leak in the toilet seal.Loose electrical receptacles inside and outside.Poor flooring and more.I would highly recommend Assured Home Solutions and will be using Brent for my next home inspection.

Brent is extremely knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. I'm from South Africa and had a lot of questions on how certain things work in Canada. For example, Brent taught me how a furnace works and now understanding the technology I can maintain it properly. I highly recommend Brent for the quality of work he delivers and the service you will receive from him.
