I just waited 10 minutes in line to order a cone because their display screen didn’t work I couldn’t order one there. Then we were told there was no ice cream. Could the manager have put up a sign?

Came inside for a takeout order. It took forever yet was rushed, sloppy, and missing items. Asian man wearing a vest possibly the manager could be seen rushing orders to get them out. When he handed me my order he forgot the sundae then went to grab it. Before I even made it to my car the sundae was spilling everywhere cause the lid was not on correctly and already melting everywhere. Definitely had been sitting out for a while and looked terrible. Because I had to eat the sundae first I didn’t notice till it was too late that I did not get my fries and was too far to turn around. My hard earned money wasted because the guy was too busy rushing orders to check that the items were even in there. Not impressed.

The only fast food drive in, in kincardine. Always super busy at lunch, but these guys kill it. Fantastic staff. Special shout out to Cathy and especially Shanta who is always super pleasant and helpful. They make grabbing a morning snack and a coffee great!

Worst service in all of Canada, they refused my order in drive through because I wanted to wait for it. Now I’m out a lunch and no time left to go anywhere else for it since I’m working. They were condescending and very rude. Never go back!!!

Just your typical McDonald's, but a very large space lots of seating inside and also outside. Staff are very kind. The lineup for the car take out (drivethru) was very long, but inside was very open and fast to order. There is an auto order machine and of course order with staff. Parts of the inside are blocked off for covid but a lot is open again.

Somehow the breakfast from this location is leagues above other McDonald's - everything is always cooked perfectly, assembled with care, and always comes out in good time.

The number of times kids meal with book" ends up being "with toy" are many. Plain hamburger ends up with everything. Always at least one item if not two are incorrect."
